Burnsville High School will stage its “Showcase” musical revue in May with an inspiring collection of songs that celebrate the principles of history, heritage, pride, purpose and community.
“Showcase,” a Burnsville High School tradition, is back. The school’s longtime, fully-staged musical revue is returning with combined performances in choir, theater, jazz band and dance.
The lineup of song and dance will range from “Hamilton” and Prince to Tina Turner and Barbie (plus Ken). Other numbers will be drawn from the musicals “Encanto,” “In the Heights,” “Mean Girls the Musical,” “Spring Awakening,” “Hairspray” and “Wicked,” and from artists including Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Noah Kahan, and Diana Ross.
